Groups must have a minimum of 10 rooms or more per night and rental of function space to qualify for perks. Dates are subject to change at any time based on availability. Offer must be negotiated prior to the contract signature. Blackout dates apply. Event must be booked by January 12, 2026 and actualized by May 16, 2026. This does not apply to previously booked business. VIP amenity list will be provided. Room upgrades are based on availability at the time of the booking and vary by lodge.
