Step 2: Check Availability 2 Weeks Out 

Stays are based on short-term availability. Exactly 14 days prior to your desired arrival date, book your stay online using the links below or enter rate code: OEMP

Step 3: Secure Your Form & Check In 

Once booked, request the Employee Rate Form from your General Manager or HR Manager. Complete the form and present it at the front desk when you check in. Enjoy your well-deserved break!

Discount Terms and Exclusions

*Cancelation 72 hours or $50 penalty. No show $50 penalty. Employee Rate Form must be surrendered at the front desk upon check-in to secure the employee discounted stay. Failure to produce the signed form will result in the reservation being changed to the Best Available Rate, you will be responsible for the full price of your stay.

 

Rules of Play

  • Employees must be 21+ to reserve a room. If not 21+, you may still reserve a room, but you must have a parent or legal guardian present during the entire stay.
  • Employees utilizing Food & Beverage operations are required to leave a minimum of 18% gratuity regardless of any issues. More may be given for exceptional service, but 18% is the minimum required.
  • Not all room types are available with this benefit.
  • While you are visiting another lodge, you must be on your best behavior and remain a representative of the Great Ohio Lodges.
  • Even with approval by the GM or HR you must still request the time off for your stay with your manager.
