Hotel Guest Agreement

INCIDENTALS: An assessed fee may be applied to your room or cabin if it requires any excessive cleaning or there are any damages.  In accordance with Ohio Law, Building, Lodge Rooms and Cabins are smoke-free environments.  Should you choose to smoke in our non-smoking Rooms or Cabins, a minimum charge of $ 250.00 will be applied to your bill.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU WISH TO HAVE CHARGING PRIVILEGES AND PROVIDE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOUR CARD WILL BE AUTHORIZED FOR AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO YOUR NIGHTLY RATE INCLUDING TAXES AND FEES, PLUS $50.00 PER NIGHT LESS ANY DEPOSIT YOU MAY ALREADY PAID.  YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THESE AUTHORIZED FUNDS FOR UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE POLICY OF YOUR BANK.

I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived, and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part of the full amount of charges.  If prior written credit card authorization has not been secured, these charges are due and payable in full prior to departure.  In the event that full payment is not made timely, then a late charge of 12% per annum will be assessed on the amount unpaid from the date payment was due, as well as reasonable attorney’s fee and/or collection costs, if such are necessary.  Money and valuables should not be left unattended in rooms.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for rooms and Marina Slips.  Cabin Check Out is at 10:00 a.m.
